Returns

We want you to love the product you purchased fromShoperduper…a lot.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order the item(s) can be returned within 30 days of delivery of your order for a refund (excluding sale items) or exchange. Return shipping will be covered byShoperduper and all refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days( not including holidays or weekends) of receipt of returned products. We can only accept product returns in a new and unused condition. 

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or otherwise unacceptable as determined byShoperduper in its sole discretion, may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Items sent back without attached tags will not be accepted under any circumstance.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@shoperduper.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@shoperduper.com

ARRANGING A RETURN:

To arrange a return please emailsupport@Shoperduper.com with your account information, order number, product information, reason for return, and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. We will reply with return shipping label you can use to ship your product back to our warehouse.

Refunds will be confirmed via email. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation Fee

According to Paypal's new refund policy, a 5% processing fee will be charged if you cancel your order. 

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee for returned items.

However, we charge a 20% restocking fee for an “unauthorized return” including Failed or refused deliveries for any reason (incorrect address, moved away, changed mind, buyer did not pick up at the post office, etc.)
