How much does shipping cost?

We ship to over 200 countries around the world. However, there is always the possibility that we won't be able to ship to some locations.
If you happen to live in one of the locations where shipping is NOT available, we'll contact you right away to make alternate arrangements. If you're unhappy with the available shipping options we'll be happy to provide a full refund.
All our items are shipped out separately unless you buy two or more of the same thing.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can track your order status in real time by checking the shipping confirmation email sent within a week of your purchase or by clicking the Track Order tab. You can also contact us directly at email@example.com to check the status of your order.
After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our four fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 2-5 business days. Below are the expected delivery times.
Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.
How long does delivery take?
USA: Usually 15-25 business days.
International: Usually 15-30 business days.
Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 15-45 business days for delivery.

If your order hasn't arrived within 90 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

Shoperduper successfully ships A LOT of items worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the world!
Occasionally, we may have to cancel an order we are unable to send out due to prohibitive shipping to some areas of the world, but we always try to ensure our products are available to everyone.
What are the reasons our shipping takes so long?
To keep prices low we source our products from overseas and pass along the savings to you, however this does lead to longer shipping times. We try to make the shipping times explicit as possible throughout the purchasing process but we do understand it can still be frustrating to have to wait. You may contact us if you would like to expedite shipping.
WHY WAS I CHARGED $X.XX AND $XX.XX APPEARS IN PAYPAL OR ON MY INVOICE?
This is due to the website charging in USD. PLEASE NOTE: While the prices may display in your local currency you will be charged in USD.
I've placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?
Since we have 4 different warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once… Rest assured, they will get to you.
I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care, and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
What about customs?
Depending on your location, import or customs charges may be applicable when your order arrives. Although very rare, we list the value of your order at a minimal amount to reduce the risk of extra import charges.
We ARE NOT responsible for customs fees once your items ship out. Although we've yet to hear about a customer being charged import fees, it's your responsibility to determine if there will be any applicable customs charges when the order arrives in your country.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer technology), which is widely used on the internet for processing payments.
Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
